Singwe
Lodge is a shareholder in Mbuluzi Game Reserve (Pty) Ltd and has use of all
the Mbuluzi facilities and amenities, including the vast traversing areas.
Situated on rolling lawns between majestic bushveld trees on the banks of the perennial Mlawula, the Lodge consists of a main living room complex and three free standing bedroom suites. The main complex consists of an open plan living room with dining facilities, a kitchen area and a guest toilet. The living complex has a covered veranda extending onto an open deck overlooking the river.
The 4 bedrooms are contained in three freestanding buildings with two of the bedroom suites overlooking the river, consisting of double bedroom; en-suite bathroom and private external shower. The third freestanding unit consists of two double bedrooms with en-suite showers and toilet.
The Lodge is fully furnished and equipped, and sleeps eight. The equipment includes most modern conveniences including air-conditioning in all the bedrooms and the main complex.
Singwe Lodge also owns a fully converted 4-wheel drive Game viewing vehicle available for game viewing by the Syndicate members.
The usage arrangement of the Lodge will be apportioned
between the six syndicate members so as to provide each shareholder with an
equitable use of the Lodge. The norm would be approximately 8 weeks per
year. The shareholders would naturally be welcome to exchange usage breaks
between themselves.
A levy would be payable by the shareholders to maintain the assets of the lodge and to contribute towards the levy which is payable to Mbuluzi Game Reserve.
Syndicate shares consisting of one sixth of the issued shareholding of Singwe Lodge are being offered for sale to like-minded investors.
There are also a number of shares available in Mbuluzi Game Reserve (Pty) Ltd for those preferring to build a place of their own.
