YOUR RIGHTS AND PRIVILEGES

The registration of the property into a Shareblock Company has enabled 26 shareholders to collectively own the property. The individual shareholders have the exclusive right to erect their own fishing lodge on their sites and may frequent the property as often as they please. Your shareholding entitles you access all the common areas of the farm and the waters described above. Ownership naturally entitles you to participate in the management of the development through a Board of Directors chosen by the shareholders. The property is unencumbered.

Provision has been made in terms of the Act for Shareholders to have their sites converted to a Sectional Title Holding.

To avoid overcrowding, a maximum of four co-owners may own any shareblock. 

LEVIES

The management of the development is financed through a monthly levy payable by each shareholder.

The levy is used to run the farm and includes the cost of stocking the waters.
